§ 2-137. Appointment of assistant collector.

The treasurer and collector may in writing appoint, with the approval of the city council, as assistant collector who may be an employee in said collector's department. The appointment of said assistant collector shall be pursuant to M.G.L.A. c. 41, § 39C.
