§ 2-136. Office established; powers and duties.

The office of Treasurer and Collector of the City of Westfield is hereby established. The duties of the treasurer and collector shall consist of the statutory duties of a city treasurer and collector under the General Laws of Massachusetts and in addition thereto, the duty to collect all accounts due to the city pursuant to M.G.L.A. c. 41, § 38A.
