§ 15-3. Responsibility for M.G.L.A. c. 30B compliance.

(a)

It shall be the responsibility of those positions designated as chief procurement officer to assure that all procurements and all dispositions of surplus that are subject to M.G.L.A. c. 30B be conducted in accordance therewith.

(b)

It shall be the responsibility of those positions designated as chief procurement officer to assure that all procurements that are subject to M.G.L.A. c. 30, § 39M be conducted in accordance therewith.

(c)

It shall be the responsibility of those positions designated as chief procurement officer to assure that all procurements that are subject to M.G.L.A. c. 149 be conducted in accordance therewith.

(d)

It shall be the responsibility of those positions designated as chief procurement officer to assure that all procurements that are subject to M.G.L.A. c. 7, §§ 22A or 22B be conducted in accordance therewith.
