§ 2-333. Terms of office; compensation.

The terms of office of members of the commission shall be for such length of time not exceeding five years, and so arranged that the term of one member will expire each year, and the succeeding member shall be appointed for five years. All members shall hold office until their successors are appointed and qualified, and if a vacancy occurs, not withstanding term expiration, it shall be filled for the unexpired term in the same manner as an original appointment.
