§ 2-332. Appointment.

The mayor, subject to confirmation by the city council, shall appoint all members of the commission from the existing wards respectively and one at-large member, and all said members shall be legal city residents. The members of the commission are hereby classified as special municipal employees within the meaning of M.G.L.A. c. 268A.
