§ 15-1. M.G.L.A. c. 30B adopted, sound business practices.

The city shall comply with the requirements of M.G.L.A. c. 30B, as it may hereafter be amended, in the procurement and surplus disposition of those items to which said law applies. Procurement and surplus disposition of items not subject to M.G.L.A. c. 30B shall be undertaken in accordance with the applicable laws within which they fall, including M.G.L.A. c.30, § 39M; M.G.L.A. c.149; and M.G.L.A. c.7, §§ 38A½ to 38O.
