§ 9-267. Persons, premises exempt.

Latest version.

The license required by section 9-266 for the retail sale of carbonated beverages shall not be required of the following:
(1)

Innholders.

(2)

Common victualers.

(3)

Druggists.

(4)

Dealers whose principal business is the sale of groceries and meats or either of such products.

(5)

Premises where such beverages, when sold, are to be consumed off such premises.
