§ 9-215. Bond.

  • At the time any pawnbroker receives a license to conduct a pawnbroker's business pursuant to this Code, he shall file with the city a bond in the sum of $300.00, written in favor of such city, with two sureties approved by the city, and conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties and obligations pertaining to such business.
