Division 1. GENERALLY |
§ 9-101. Definitions.
When used in this article, the terms defined in this section shall be construed as defined in this section unless the context requires a different meaning.
Junk collector means every person who collects, by purchase or otherwise, junk, old metal or secondhand articles, barrels, boxes, bags and other receptacles from place to place within the corporate limits of the city, whether or not such person resides or has a principal or usual place of business therein.
Junk dealer means every person who keeps a shop within the corporate limits of the city for the purchase, barter or sale of junk, old metals or secondhand articles.
