§ 9-12. Fee schedule for licenses to store, sell, etc., flammable fluids.

  • The fees to be charged for licenses under the provisions of M.G.L.A. c. 148 are hereby established. The fee required for licenses for keeping, storing and selling in a designated building or structure gasoline or other volatile flammable fluid shall be set from time to time by the council, and a schedule of such fees is on file in the office of the city clerk. The fees to be charged for a registration of a certificate under the provisions of M.G.L.A. c. 148 shall be one-half of the fee established in this section for a license for like use of the designated building or structure.
