Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 9-12. Fee schedule for licenses to store, sell, etc., flammable fluids.
The fees to be charged for licenses under the provisions of M.G.L.A. c. 148 are hereby established. The fee required for licenses for keeping, storing and selling in a designated building or structure gasoline or other volatile flammable fluid shall be set from time to time by the council, and a schedule of such fees is on file in the office of the city clerk. The fees to be charged for a registration of a certificate under the provisions of M.G.L.A. c. 148 shall be one-half of the fee established in this section for a license for like use of the designated building or structure.
