§ 8-28. Enforcement.

(a)

Any violation of the provisions of this article, the conditions of a permit granted under this article, or any decisions rendered by the fire department under this article, shall render the violator liable for a fine of no more than $100.00 for each violation. Each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

(b)

In addition to the procedures for enforcement as described above, any decision rendered by the fire department under this article may be enforced by the head of the fire department by noncriminal complaint pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L.A. c. 40, § 21D.
