No person shall rent, lease, let or otherwise contract for the rental of a room or
rooms to a person or persons other than members of their family without first obtaining
a permit to do so from the superintendent of buildings. For the purposes of this section,
the word "family" shall be those persons as set forth in M.G.L.A. c. 65, § 1, Class
A, B and C.
