§ 6-69. Same—Duties.

The zoning enforcement inspector shall have the same authority as the superintendent of building with respect to the authority granted in M.G.L.A.. c.40A, sec. 7 and city ordinance to enforce the city zoning requirements. As such the zoning enforcement inspector shall possess such powers and shall perform such duties as specified therein and as otherwise specified in the city zoning ordinance. The zoning enforcement inspector, if qualified, may be required by the superintendent of building to perform such other duties within the department of building as are not inconsistent with the duties as specified herein.
