§ 2-143. Annual statement.

The city treasurer and collector shall present to the city council at the close of the financial year a written detailed list of all accounts and claims, except taxes and assessments, which have been committed to him/her for more than one year, and which remain uncollected in whole or in part. He shall also submit to the city council at the close of the financial year a written statement of the total amount of all taxes and assessments outstanding, by years.
