§ 2-63. Same—Amount of bond; premium payment.

(a)

The city clerk, city treasurer, city collector, bookkeeper, the clerk of the treasurer/collector and the assistant city clerk and clerks in the city clerk's department shall obtain surety bonds in an amount which shall be set from time to time by the state department of regulation.

(b)

The premiums of all bonds required by this section shall be paid by the city.
