§ 2-1. Description of city seal.

Latest version.

The seal of the city shall be in the form of a circle 1¾ inches in diameter with the following device: A representation of the General Shepard Monument on a pedestal and a flight of steps; within an inner circle the inscription "Incorporated a Town 1669, a City 1920"; within the outer circle the words "Seal of the City of Westfield, Mass."
