§ 17A-11. Enforcement and fines.

The provisions of this article shall be enforced by local police and local officials appointed to enforce these regulations. Local police and local officials are hereby empowered to enforce the provisions of this section pursuant to M.G.L.A. c. 40, § 21D. Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be penalized by a non-criminal penalty of $50.00.
