§ 17-301. Penalties.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article which deal with the proper use of ways by pedestrians shall be punished as provided in M.G.L.A. c. 90, § 18A as most recently added by chapter 409 of the Acts of 1962. Any person convicted of a violation of any other provision of this article relative to the operation of vehicle shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $20.00 for each offense.
