§ 17-222. Procedure for award of contracts for construction of off-street parking facilities.

The off-street parking commission is authorized to construct or cause to be constructed public off-street facilities of such design and in such location as authorized by section 17-244. All contracts awarded under this section shall conform with the public bidding and procurement statutes, including M.G.L.A. c. 7, § 38A½-38O, c. 30, § 39M, c. 30B and c. 149, § 44A—44J.
