§ 17-8. General penalties for violations.

Except as otherwise provided, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to M.G.L.A. c. 90, § 20A½ and the following schedule of fines:

01	Posted handicapped-reserved parking space	$200.00
01.A	Temporary posted—No parking	50.00
01.B	No Parking on public ways located on the aquifer; Root Road, Medeiros Way, Service Star and North Road	50.00
02	Posted firelane	25.00
03	Within ten feet of hydrant	25.00
04	Within intersection	25.00
05	Sidewalk	25.00
06	Crosswalk	25.00
07	Wheels over 12 inches from curb	15.00
08	Less than ten feet unobstructed lane	15.00
09	Upon or in front of private road	15.00
10	Within 20 feet of intersection	15.00
11	Tree belt	15.00
12	All night—More than 1 hour between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.	25.00
13	Prohibited zone	25.00
14	Bus stop	100.00
14	Taxicab stand	15.00
15	Vehicle displayed for sale	15.00
16	Parking in restricted area	15.00
17	Overtime parking	15.00
18	Heavy vehicle over 2½ tons, G.V.W.R.	25.00
19	Heavy vehicle parking between hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.	25.00
