§ 17-14. Annual accident report.

  • (a)

    Required. The chief of police shall make an annual traffic report to the mayor and city council concerning the accident situation in the city, accompanied by his recommendations.

    (b)

    Contents. The chief of police shall include in his annual accident report to the mayor and city council the following information:

    (1)

    The number of operators reported to the registrar of motor vehicles.

    (2)

    Other pertinent data on safety activities accompanied by his recommendations.

    (3)

    Plans and recommendations for future traffic safety activities.
