§ 16-134. Temporary walk to be constructed around sidewalk obstructions.

  • Whenever the erection, alteration or repair of any building, or the doing of any other work or thing, will result in anything more than a temporary obstruction of a sidewalk, or more than temporarily render any sidewalk impassable, the person doing the work or causing the obstruction shall place a good temporary walk around such obstruction.
