§ 16-134. Temporary walk to be constructed around sidewalk obstructions.

Whenever the erection, alteration or repair of any building, or the doing of any other work or thing, will result in anything more than a temporary obstruction of a sidewalk, or more than temporarily render any sidewalk impassable, the person doing the work or causing the obstruction shall place a good temporary walk around such obstruction.
