§ 13-26. Powers; duties.

The planning board shall have the powers, duties and responsibilities provided in M.G.L.A. c. 41, §§ 81A—81J, inclusive and as amended, shall hear and decide applications for special permits as provided in MGL c. 40A and where designated by the Zoning Ordinance, and shall have other powers and duties as may be designated or assigned. The board may adopt, and from time to time amend, any rule or regulation not inconsistent with its powers or duties and which concerns the jurisdiction and conduct of its business.
