§ 12-66. Military leave.

Any employee in the service of the armed forces of the commonwealth under M.G.L.A. c. 133, § 38, 40, 41 or 60, or during his annual tour of duty not exceeding 17 days as a member of a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States shall be allowed the difference between the municipal employees' active duty salary and municipal salary, and shall also be entitled to the same leaves of absence or vacation with pay given to other municipal employees.
