§ 11-102. Veterans' agent.

The mayor shall appoint the veterans' agent annually, in the month of April. This appointment is pursuant to M.G.L.A. c. 115, § 3. The veterans' agent shall act for the mayor in the disbursement of veterans' benefits. The veterans' agent shall perform all other duties as may be assigned or authorized by the commissioner of veterans services of the commonwealth.
