§ 11-69. Injuring trees, grass; picking flowers.

No person shall, in any public park, injure or destroy any tree, grass or turf, or injure, dig up or destroy any shrub, vine or plant, or pick any flower. The requirements of Chapter 16, Article IV, Trees shall apply to all public trees and public shade trees in any public park.
