§ 10-20. Smoking in buses.

Latest version.

No person shall carry or smoke a lighted pipe, cigar or cigarette on a bus. However, this section shall not apply to a chartered or private bus or motor vehicle or that part of a bus where smoking is permitted by the company operating such.
