§ 10-12. Selling firearms, ammunition to minors.

No person shall sell to any child under the age of 15 years any cartridge or fixed ammunition of which any explosive is a part, or any gun, pistol or other mechanical contrivance or firearm arranged for the explosion of such cartridge or ammunition, except as may be permitted by state law.
