§ 10-1. Abandoned refrigerators.

  • It shall be unlawful for the owner or former owner of a container originally used for refrigerative purposes to fail to remove the door or doors from such container before discarding, setting aside, failing to use, keeping for sale or abandoning such container, in a place accessible to unattended children, unless such container may be easily opened from the inside.
